1. Description of TTL, USB and RS232 backplane

For the power required to output 1W, XTEND radio station must use 5V power supply; The power supply current is close to 1A, which requires the PCB to have a single-layer trace line width of about 40mil(1mm). Our TTL backplane, with a routing guarantee of 50*2=100mil(2.5mm), fully meets the requirements

2, Computer USB power supply

With USB power supply from PC or notebook, XTEND module can only be configured, and communication test under 1W transmission power cannot be performed, because the general USB interface can only provide a maximum current of 500MA. Please pay attention

For the TTL backplane that we have already released, as well as the USB and RS232 backplane that will be released, it is ensured that the power supply voltage is 5V and the current is about 1A, which fully meets the current and voltage requirements of 1W transmission power.

XTend is very easy to use and has an ultra-long transmission distance, which can reach up to 40 miles (64KM) in the open air and 3,000 feet (900 meters) even indoors. It operates in ISM 900M band and has a data throughput of 115.2kbps. the module has an RPSMA antenna interface.

XTend module adopts FHSS (Frequency Modulation Spread Spectrum) technology to avoid interference, and the transmission power software is adjustable (1mW-1W)
