MD050SD is used for 8080 sequential 16bit parallel bus interface, resolution is 800 *480, display panel 16M color, page 8 inch (explicit memory integrated exhaustless when extended memory use). MD050SD response speed is very fast, can be achieved 200ns read and write cycle. To achieve the fastest 13 frames and full screen refresh rate, integrated 8 page 8MB SDRAM corresponds to the display buffer.
