2 onboard 78M05 power voltage regulator chip, provide the stable working voltage to L298N, when the VS voltage is less than 7V, cannot enable 78M05, W1 jumper shorted to VS=VSS, then VS, when the voltage is more than 7V, disconnect the W1, then the chip VSS by 78M05 step-down the output 5V voltage supply
